Sweet Corner Shop
is a home-grown concept specializing in desserts. Sweet Corner was established
in October 2006 by Sharon Kon and is located in Harlem, New York. Sharon
has always loved baking and after years of baking, she decided to finally
take her passions into a business. Sharon pours her love and affection
to everything she makes, which is evident with each bite.
Sharon has always been the one to volunteer to bake for her friend's parties and friends has always encouraged her to start her own dessert shop.
Sweet Corner Shop was born when Sharon went apple picking and had too many apples. She did what came naturally, she baked. Sharon began baking her signature pie, Caramel Apple Pie and gave them away. Soon she was getting orders from people whom she did not know but they wanted more. To satisfy the demand, Sharon started her own dessert shop.
Sharon uses the highest quality and freshest ingredients in all of her recipes. Combined with her passion for baking, these ingredients enhances her already delicious desserts. Sharon is always striving to perfect her recipes while coming up with new tasty ones.
Sweet Corner Shop desserts are currently served at some of New York City's finest restaurants and at the homes of an ever-growing private clientele with discerning palates.
